Who are you?

I’m Pat, thanks for asking.

Who?

Yeah, I know. For our purposes here, I wrote about the Caps for several season on RMNB. I was also published in the 2014-15 and 2015-16 Hockey Prospectus annuals. I’ve been published some other places too, including once or twice in The Washington Post.

Why are you doing this?

Well, I wrote about the Caps pretty regularly for several years, but then I didn’t feel like it anymore. But now I feel like it again so here we are.

How often will you publish?

My goal is to post at least 4 times per month. But sometime it’ll be more and sometimes less.

What type of stuff will you write?

I mainly write through a stats-based lens, but I’ll break down specific plays sometimes too. Sometimes I’ll write longer, detailed articles. But sometimes I’ll write shorter, blurb-type articles. Not everything will be a deep dive, some articles may be 10-12 paragraphs, but some may be 10-12 sentences.
